1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gk448 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at gk448.app and all associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, and any other digital properties operated by gk448 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with any content or service offered through the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the gk448 Platform, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. gk448 may request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension;

3 Account Registration

gk448 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity documentation — such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. gk448 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending KYC completion.

• Username and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account details with any third party;
• Account Security: You must notify gk448 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless gk448 is at fault;
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. gk448 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform at the relevant time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gk448 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Bangladeshi players. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard. gk448 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution;

• Currency: All balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gk448 does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits;
• Fees: gk448 does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may levy their own transaction charges, for which gk448 accepts no liability;
• Declined transactions: If a deposit is declined, please check with your payment provider before attempting again. Multiple failed deposit attempts may trigger a temporary block on the payment method for security reasons.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

5 Bonus & Promotions

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

gk448 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documentation; impersonating another person;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market;
• Abuse of software vulnerabilities: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform's software to gain credits, winnings, or any other unintended benefit. Any winnings obtained through a technical error are void and will be reversed;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from gk448;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any transaction intended to disguise the origin of funds. gk448 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigations involving suspected money laundering;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct towards other players or gk448 staff members through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

gk448 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, void outstanding bets and bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed. gk448's determination in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 10.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the gk448 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content (collectively, "Content"), is the property of gk448 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its Content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its software;
• Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on any other website or digital property without gk448's prior written consent;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data-gathering tools on the Platform.

Game titles, interfaces, and associated intellectual property provided by third-party game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the property of their respective owners and are used by gk448 under licence. Any unauthorised use of such third-party content is a breach of these Terms and the applicable third-party licences.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gk448 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gk448 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gk448's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gk448 is not liable for any service interruption, game result discrepancy, or transaction delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment processor errors, or force majeure events. In the event of a game malfunction or incorrect odds display, gk448 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

9 Amendments & Termination

gk448 reserves the right to amend, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including these Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. Where changes to these Terms are material, gk448 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email or on-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect.

Termination by you: You may close your account at any time by contacting gk448 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any eligible balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by gk448: gk448 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• At gk448's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. gk448 will process any eligible balance remaining in a closed account, net of any amounts owed to gk448, within 14 business days following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, with particular reference to the laws applicable to online gaming and digital services platforms.

Dispute resolution process: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, your account, or any transaction, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. gk448 is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, you may escalate the matter to a senior member of the gk448 compliance team by clearly marking your email "Formal Complaint — Escalation." gk448 will issue a final position letter within 14 business days of receiving a formal escalation.

gk448 does not accept liability for losses arising from decisions made in reliance on the Platform's content, and all bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Platform's transaction records shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the result, unless demonstrable technical error is established.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of gk448 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of gk448's right to enforce that provision in the future.
